A finance system spanning four trusts.
The situation
Four NHS trusts moving onto one shared finance system. Teams from different organisations, with different ways of working, had to land it together.
What we did
We partnered with the project team across all four trusts. Together we brought people from every organisation behind one goal. We built new processes and ways of working and supported each Trust to manage the change involved in adopting them.
What happened
The system was successfully deployed across all four Trusts, with the capability and governance in place to support ongoing change and continuous improvement.

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust
One finance system across several organisations.
The situation
A simple Ledger upgrade for MFT became a shared Ledger system for the wider Greater Manchester patch. Different trusts and different processes, with one service that had to work for all of them.
What we did
We partnered with them to set up Bee Finance, their new shared ledger service. We worked with them to design and implement systems and processes fit for scale. We stayed for the first two trusts, helping them manage the complexity of standardising processes and ways of working across both. Then we left.
What happened
We are proud that Bee Finance has since brought on a further seven trusts without our help. Fit for purpose processes and with change capability built, MFT have been able to go it alone.
Now
We remain in Partnership with MFT, now working with it's senior Finance leaders on their wider transformation.
The situation
Imperial is replacing its old finance and HR system with Oracle Fusion.
What we're doing
Imperial College London
Oracle Fusion across the university.
We work alongside Imperial's functional leaders to understand the changes associated with Finance, HR and Research, supporting them to deliver simple, effective and targeted interventions to support the adoption of new, standardised processes across the university.
What happened
